In yesterday’s discussion at PMA’s Coffee & Conversations panel, there was a large focus on PEOPLE. One of our biggest takeaway is that communication and flexibility are KEY to keeping teams engaged and motivated. During discussion, our SVP Jason Salamon mentioned, “Work is personal, and there’s no longer a huge separation between personal life and work life,” making it more important than ever to have systems in place to establish a healthy work-life balance. After all, people are at the center of what we do in the #multifamily industry. At Edgewood and Vantage, our teams are essential, they are resilient, and we appreciate them all for their hard work.
