Edgewood Management University (EMU) was developed internally to provide a career pathway
and job skill development for each associate. Through EMU and approved external industry training,
every associate receives extensive training in almost every aspect of his/her job,
including curriculum covering core competencies. Training is conducted on a regular
basis utilizing our custom training center, as well as through regional events, webinars,
industry-sponsored training and one-on-one training and mentoring.
